• First, delve into the rich ancient history between humans and raptors in our Tudor style classroom.

• Learn about birds of prey and their importance to ecosystem. Here you will be exposed to the equipment, behavioral science, training techniques, natural history, care and management of raptors.

• Look into the eyes of an owl, witness the majesty of some members of our raptor family.

• See a exciting flight demonstration.

• Gain knowledge on current issues facing these spectacular predators and learn some simple solutions you can participate in to insure their future existence.

Details Unique to this Experience

• Visit with and learn about multiple raptor species.

• For larger families, corporate events, scout troops, home school groups, or other social groups.

• This experience is for your group only. NO unknown guests will join in your experience.

• Our most economical way of seeing and learning about our raptors.

• NOTE: Unlike our other experiences, guests will NOT have a raptor fly to their gloved arm.

Spring/Summer-

Please dress appropriately, closed toed shoes and bug spray. 

Fall/Winter-

Raptor Hill is located on the side of a mountain, as we hold our experiences later in the afternoon, the temperature can drop significantly so, please dress appropriately.
